1. Introduct

If we use such services, we ask you for consent on our website and we only collect the information if you give us consent. If you do not take a position on the question, we will also not collect the information.

a) Information you provide to us

This also includes information that is publicly available.

4. What is the information used for?

For example, web and marketing agencies to run the online store and show you targeted marketing as well as create promotions. These are not allowed to use this personal data for anything other than to perform services for us.     • Usage patterns information on the website (including which pages are visited and when) is shared with Google that is associated with you as a user in a partially anonymized way.   • Facebook Messenger (chat)
    • If we were to use a chat solution from Facebook, Facebook will be able to identify you on our website so that you do not have to provide your name and Email to initiate chat with us. We do not store this data on our website, but the chat history will be stored on our Facebook Messenger account. The log can be removed at your request if you contact us.
  • Tawk.to (chat)
    • If we were to use chat solution from Tawk.to, Tawk.to will store the chat log as well as your IP address on their server. The log can be removed at your request if you contact us.

    • This page may use Facebook Pixel, which is a cookie that tracks that you have visited our website, so that you can later receive advertisements from us via facebook's network.
  • WordPress and Gravatar
    • This website uses WordPress as a publishing solution. If you were to create a user on our website, or publish a comment with us, a cookie may remember you as a user when you visit our website next time, so you don't have to log in every time. If you have registered a profile picture on Gravatar.com WordPress will link this to you as a user and view your profile picture on our site.
  • Contact forms
    • If you use one of our contact forms, the form will be sent as e-mail to us and stored on our E-mail server. A copy of the Email may also be stored in a database as well, to ensure that we have received your message if the Email does not come forward. This database is deleted periodically.

b) In case of suspected offence

information may be disclosed to public authorities at the request. We may also disclose information in case of suspected fraud, or information necessary to resolve specific disputes.

7. Deletion of personal data

We are legally required to retain certain personal data. Examples of this are:

  • Order data in accordance with right of withdrawal
  • Order data in accordance with Warranties

You are entitled to delete all of our information about you if we are not required by law to store them. You can contact us regarding this to terminate your customer relationship by sending us an Email (See "Contact Information").

8. Securing personal data

We use appropriate security measures to protect personal data that is under our control against unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, disclosure, copying, modification or disposal.

The video solution provider only has access to your email address, phone number or other necessary information to set up and complete the call. Relevant information is recorded by the therapist on an equal basis as if the conversation should take place face-to-face or by phone. The video call itself should be encrypted and will not be stored on the internet or on servers.

You will need:

  • PC/mobile equipment with webcam and microphone
  • Headphones (optionally speaker, then you should sit in a place no one can hear you)
  • Access to the internet
  • In some cases, an email address where you can receive a link notice.

Before the consultation, you should:

  • Check that PC/mobile equipment has access to the internet and is connected to a secure network.
  • Tap the invitation you received from us
  • Make sure you're sitting so that confidential information can't be overheard by others you don't want to overhear the conversation. We are aware that situations of quarantine and isolation together with others can make it difficult to achieve this.
  • Be prepared for you to be a good place to must identify you by holding ID proof with image up to camera. You can also ask the person you have a video call with to identify themselves in the same way.

11. Changes to the Privacy Policy

We will periodically update or change the Privacy Policy.

In the event of major changes, we will inform you of this.

12. Right to appeal

You have the right to complain to a supervisory authority, which in Norway is the Data Protection Authority.
